Tired. Made a mistake by not eating before heading for training todays. Ended up having dizzy spells and almost puked during the run. So gross! Was forced to pull out of the run by the seniors with just 400 metres odd left?. What a waste, urggh felt like a total slacker lols. Well at least I kinda made up for the poor performance during the run by doing more sets of crutches, push-ups and sit-ups. Completed 50 pull ups too. Hmm not bad for a girl with a rumbling, growling tummy. Guess I'm satisfied for nows. Training will be much tougher from next week onwards with sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Eeks! Guess that means less time for my social programmes and a fitter, leaner Tonia soon. Guess its time to get more organised and alls if I want to make the most of my time and not have to compromise so much.

Project meeting at T3 laters at 12pm. At last we're gonna start on that marketing research project. It's about time, if you asked me. Projects are such a pain in the ass sometimes. They give you all these headaches, turn friends against one another, bring out the absolute worst side in people, all because of those miserly single alphabets grades that unfortunately are so very important if you want to pass with a good GPA. Haiz =S

So very tired nows, the eyelids are getting heavier and the back is aching. The muscles will probably ache laters from all the stretches done at training, but ahh wells lets not think bout that first. Will save the moans and groans for laters. Now all i want is a good night's sleep and wake up with a smile laters. sleep well people, for tomorrow will be a better day.

and i just pigged out on a packet of fried bee hoon, sausages and nior hiang. Shucks! fcking oily stuff, fcking sinful but oh mansss effing yummy and its a satisfied tummy! Now I can sleep well.
